  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

  • We will also deduct the original shipping cost and processing fee we incurred from your refund unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

4. Damaged, Defective Items, and Warranty

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
